"Stand Up" is a song initially heard in Season 1. It is the main theme song of The Next Step, and is one of two official versions used on the show.

This is the song used in the show's title sequence, with the closing credits up until Season 5 using the version sung by Jessica Lee.

By default, this song is used in every episode up until Season 4, as it is the show's opening theme song. From Season 5 onwards, the episodes aired before that season's new A-Troupers are introduced have not featured the opening theme and character introductions, and the episodes during Season 6's Regionals and the Season 7 episode "A Star Is Born" and Dancemania episodes do not feature them either.
