Tony is Ozzy's uncle. The extent of their relationship is not known, but Ozzy is close enough to him to ask him to book his theatre as the location for The Next Step to film their qualifier video.[1]

Kingston[]
Kingston is Ozzy's best friend.[1]
Ozzy spends a considerable amount of time with Kingston outside of the studio. It is with Kingston that Ozzy discovers the truth about Elliot's identity.[2] When Ozzy makes a mistake in booking the venue for filming of the qualifier video on the wrong day, Kingston is the one who he reluctantly confides in and who ultimately helps him find a suitable venue.[1]

Ozzy is snapped out of his daze by Richelle.
Ozzy becomes immediately infatuated with Richelle upon first sight, even imagining them performing a duet together. Naturally, Ozzy flirts with her thereafter, sure that he will become her boyfriend despite Richelle showing no signs that she reciprocates his feelings.[3]
Ozzy flirtatiously asks Richelle for a pledge for the dance-a-thon. Once at the actual event, Ozzy asks Richelle to dance with him and, when she ultimately agrees to dancing with him, Ozzy is so shocked and ecstatic that he completely freezes up.[4]
Due to his apparent attraction to Richelle, Ozzy is Richelle's only sure vote for dance captaincy aside from Lola. Knowing this, Ozzy tells Richelle that he will vote for her only if she tells him he is cute, which Richelle reluctantly does.[5]
While Ozzy's attraction to Richelle is seemingly known by all, even Richelle, it appears to be purely surface-level. Ozzy knows very little of Richelle, except that she is an "amazing dancer."[3] He expresses no concern for her when she reacts viscerally to losing her captaincy[5] and expresses no worry for her whereabouts when she is absent for the reveal of whether or not the team qualified for Regionals.[6] In fact, Ozzy has even flirted with Heather amidst his crush on Richelle.[7]
However, despite his initial non-concern about Richelle's absence for the revelation of the team's qualification for Regionals, Ozzy is the only one aside from Noah who mentions Richelle's continued absence during the team's auditions for the Stacy Carpenter Scholarship.[8] Ozzy even tells Kingston and Kenzie that Richelle is irreplaceable on the team.[9]
